Chapter 29
ELEANOR
I walked into the dark room, still staring around to make sure that no one was following me.
Slamming the door behind me shut, I quickly brought out the whistle that was given to me by the black witch. I needed to find out why and how Daphne got consciousness after taking the drug she gave me.
I blew the whistle twice, and then I felt a strong wind. Likewise, I quickly shut my eyes, and immediately I opened my eyes, I saw the witch in front of me. She had a black veil over her head. Her eyes shone like diamond.
“We meet again, Eleanor Gregory.” She laughed rather coldly.
I gulped hard, and took a deep breath. My eyes were filled with disappointment. “What is going on, Witch? I don’t get it. Why is that girl immune to the drugs added in the drink? She even killed my Driver. How did she get so powerful? I need to know why you want her. She’s just a lowly omega… A slave girl. Why is she so important to you?”
The witch scoffed, turning her gaze away. “Eleanor, oh, Eleanor. This shouldn’t matter to you. What is that? If she gets out of the way you will be able to have Alpha Jordan to yourself. Isn’t that what you always wish for?”
“Whatever.” I rolled my eyes before continuing. “That’s right, I want her out of Jordan’s life. But I am your accomplice right? Don’t you think that I have a right to know why you want her? She’s an omega. How did she get so powerful to kill my driver? Just in one blow? I have to know this if you want my help.”
The witch turned to me with her eyes staring fiercely at me. I didn’t need anyone to tell me that Daphne is of great importance to her. But why? Why is that lowlife so important to everyone? First, it was Alpha Jordan. Now, this witch?
“Eleanor, getting to know many things might be getting close to your grave. If you still need my help, you know how to find me.” The witch smirked and turned to leave, but I gripped her robe.
Her eyes gleamed as she stared at me. I quickly let go of her robe. “I… I’m… I’m sorry.” I stuttered as she cackled for a while.
“Eleanor, if I were you, I’d grab this opportunity and push her out of my way. You won’t be able to eliminate her on your own. She’s far too powerful for you to do that.” The witch snorted at me.
Her words pierced hard into my chest, but I managed to get a hold of myself. “What do we do now?” I asked.
“Her wolf… The gifted wolf is so powerful. For a second, I thought that maybe she’s yet to understand how to control her powers. However, I was wrong. She has already aligned with her wolf. Your beloved Alpha Jordan is her mate… To get through her, we must hibernate her wolf. The simplest way to get that done is to get her to betray the trust that Jordan has for her.” The witch smiled maliciously.
My eyes grew in curiosity. The thought that Alpha Jordan would abandon her made my heart flutter with excitement. “How? How do we do that? He vouches for her so much, I think making her betray him is the best way to get her out of the pack house of Red Moon Pack.”
“It’s easy, Eleanor. You have to get her to go done with another man. And when Alpha Jordan finds her smooching another man, he’ll reject her. There is the easiest way to make her wolf weak.” The witch suggested.
My face beamed with smile. It looks like the worthless Omega has a strong wolf. At least, I can get her off my back after Alpha Jordan finds her cheating on him. “That’s a good plan, But I doubt that will be easy. How do we get her to cheat on the Alpha?”
“You can make it happen.” The witch said, bring out of her robe a tiny toothlike stone. I stared at her confused, and clueless.
“What is this?”
The black witch cackled, and replied. “A vampire’s compelling tooth.”
I got even more confused. What has this got to do with getting that lousy girl off my man’s back? Is this witch trying to play a fast one on me? I merely got away with drugging Daphne, and she’s brought this tooth whatever for me to try it out?
“You’re joking, right? If your powerful substance couldn’t drug her, What makes you think the tooth of a vampire would even have any effect on her? Are you trying to get me killed or to get that ruthless Alpha Jordan to raze my pack?” I sneered in disgust.
The witch shook her head. Her expression was entirely different. “Do you think this is just an ordinary tooth? You silly girl. This could compel her. It can make her do whatever you tell her to.”
I swallowed an invisible lump on my throat with my eyes narrowed. “You mean this?” I pointed at the tooth in her palm. “This would compel her into doing what I want her to?”
“Exactly. The Alpha’s birthday is fast approaching. There’ll be a big party thrown, giving you the opportunity to get her possessed by the vampire’s compelling tooth.” The witch explained.
I was still perplexed. My expression showed her uneasy I felt. “Tooth? I can’t get close to her anymore. She wouldn’t trust me even if I try to pretend like I want to ask for her forgiveness just like I did the other time. How am I supposed to use a tooth to compel her?”
“Eleanor, this is your only chance to become the Luna of the Red Moon pack, to get back your man. Do you know how many people are talking behind your back? Do you know how people make jest of your father and your pack after Alpha Jordan cancelled your engagement? This is the only way for you to bring back the dignity of your pack. You don’t need to go close to her. You just need to get this tooth fixed under her shoes for it to take effects on her.” The witch’s words echoed in my ears as she dropped the tooth on the table and vanished into the thin air.
Chapter 30
DAPHNE
My eyes were all swollen from crying. My heart was heavy. The thought that the Alpha didn’t believe me when I told him that Eleanor was the one who drugged and kidnapped me, made my heart bleed.
“Miss Daphne, you really have to eat something. If you keep starving, you might get sick.” Camilla, the maid urged me.
I sniffed hard, turning my gaze away. “I don’t feel hungry. I’ll eat when I’m famished, Camilla.”
“Daphne, If the alpha finds out that you haven’t eaten anything since last night, I’ll be heavily punished.” She cried out.
I brushed my hair backwards, wiping of my tears. “It’s okay, Camilla. I won’t let you get punished. You can go. I’d like to be left alone.”
Camilla gulped hard as she picked up the tray of covered plates and walked out of the room.
The moment she walked down to the kitchen, her countenance changed. She just couldn’t stand me. “That b*tch! She thinks she’s so powerful just because the Alpha is fond of her. She’s nothing but a breeder. Why does she feel like she’s higher all of us? All of a sudden, she got transferred into a master’s bedroom. So annoying!”
With that, she dropped the plates and walked out of the kitchen. She got to the narrow part behind the pack house. Then she noticed a shadow behind her. Scared as hell, she quickly turned around, and her eyes widened when she saw a man behind her with a knife and a hoodie on.
“Who… Who are you?” Her voice trembled as she staggered backwards.
“Shhh…” the man placed his index finger in between his lips. “Don’t even think of making a sound. I was able to get in here without anyone noticing. So I can st*ab you to death without being caught.”
Cold chills ran down Camilla’s spine. Her face pale with fear. “I… I’m just a servant. I can’t offer you anything. You…”
“Shut up. I’m here to make you an offer that will change your life. Look, I know how much you need money. I also know that your grandmother is lying in the hospital, critically ill and in urgent need of a surgery.” His voice was cold.
Camilla held her breath with her heart beating rapidly. “H… How did you know? Who are you? What do you want?” Her voice became teary.
The man laughed hysterically. “This offer will change your life for good, and if not done well, It will cost your life.”
“W… What do you mean?” She cried.
“$50,000… Your grandma’s surgery costs $35,000. There’s still a lot left. You can resign from your job and get a better life for yourself.” The man sounded so convincing.
Even if Camilla knows that the offer is mouthwatering, she didn’t forget that the job she would do to get the money will be coated with so much risk. “What do you want?”
“Here… take this.” The man handed a tooth to her. She exchanged glances with him.
Staring at the tooth on his palm, she scoffed in disbelief. What was she supposed to do with a tooth? “What is this? Why do I need a tooth?”
“The Alpha’s birthday party is this weekend. You’ll be getting Daphne prepared. I know how much you hate being bossed around by that lowlife omega who suddenly turned from a breeder to Alpha Jordan’s favorite. This is like killing two birds with one stone.” The man began.
Camilla shook her head, still perplexed. “I hate that breeder for sure. I despise her so much, but what does that have to do with it a tooth?”
“Wouldn’t you want to get rid of her? Getting rid of her means getting out of the pack. You won’t have to see an eyesore like her. Slip this under Daphne’s shoes. Make sure that the shoe is the one that she would wear on that birthday party to the banquet.” His voice became deeper.
Taking a quick glance around, Camilla swallowed an invisible lump on her throat. She knew that if she gets caught by the Alpha, it could cost her life. But then again, her grandmother is lying in the hospital about to lose her life. “What if… What if I get caught? She might be a lowlife, but she’s the Alpha’s breeder. If the alpha finds out I might lose my life.”
“If I get implicated, you would also lose your life, pretty.” He grabbed her neck, and she struggled to free herself, to no avail.
Camilla’s breath became rapid. “I… When will I get the money?”
The man’s face quickly brightened, and he let go of her forcefully, making her pant heavily. “Good, girl. You get half of your payment tomorrow, and the rest after the plan has been successfully executed.”
Before she could say another word, the man vanished into the thin air. She stared at the tooth on her palm and quickly clenched it tightly on her palm. However, she was confused. How would he arrange the payment to her when he didn’t ask for her account details?
**
“Oh, my poor girl. You look like a mess, huh?” Madam Dorothy called as she walked into my room.
The moment I saw her, tears streamed down my cheeks. “Madam Dorothy! Why doesn’t he trust me? Why would I tell a lie against Eleanor?” I hugged her tight.
“The Alpha believes you, Daphne. He even told her that before sending her back to her pack. He has been so worried about you. You refused to let him in, why?” Madam Dorothy patted my hair.
My eyes widened in astonishment. “He… He did?”
“Yes. Everyone in the pack saw how he defended you. He told her that he believes you.” Madam Dorothy assured me.
My eyes gleamed with excitement. I must have misunderstood his intentions. Could it be that I overreacted? “I… I didn’t mean to treat him in that manner. I was just… I thought he didn’t believe me”.
“Can he come in now?” Madam Dorothy asked with pleading eyes.
“Huh? He? Where is he?” I asked anxiously.
The door threw open, and Jordan walked in with a box of chocolate and a little teddy. My face beamed with smile as I saw him walk in.
“I’m sorry.” For the first time, his icy voice was filled with warmth. I took the box of chocolate and teddy. Squeezing the teddy tight in my arms.
Madam Dorothy smiled. “Jordan’s birthday is fast approaching. It’s good you guys made up.”
“Really?” My eyes grew in shock, and Madam Dorothy nodded. “To make it up to you, I’ll help in the birthday preparations.”
“You don’t need to, Daphne. It’s more than enough that you already forgave me.” He held my hands, staring passionately into my eyes.
Chapter 31
DAPHNE
“Good morning, beauty” Madam Dorothy’s loud voice made me open my eyes.
She stood at the entrance, waving at me with the wildest smile. Rubbing my weak eyes, I yanked the duvet off my body. “Morning, Madam Dorothy.”
“The Alpha’s birthday is this weekend. You’re going shopping with me and Beta Theodore’s mate.” Madam Dorothy replied.
Brushing my messy hair backwards, I smiled. Who would have thought that I would lead a life this luxurious? I mean, the only time I had new clothes was when my stepsister decides to change her wardrobe. Therefore, pushing her worn-out dresses to me.
I could vividly remember how my stepsister punished me for not doing her laundry back then.
She had ordered me to get her clothes handwashed before 4pm. These clothes were given to me at 3:45pm and they were a lot.
I had no right to object if I wanted to at least have their “leftover dinner” for that night.
Despite knowing that there was no way I would handwash that enormous number of clothes in 15 minutes, I still wanted to try.
At exactly 4pm, Chloe walked into the laundry room, furiously. She had slapped me hard on the fact, and kicked me.
“Why are you not done washing my clothes, you slowpoke?” She had yelled at me.
Wiping off the blood on my already bleeding mouth, I tried to explain. “I… I’m sorry. I’ll be done in 10 minutes.”
“I’ll be done in 10 minutes.” She mimicked me, laughing. “You expect me to wait? Well, I don’t have that patience. If you don’t want me to get father to starve you for two days, go into that cave of a room of yours and give me back all the clothes I gave you.”
My eyes flung wider. “W… What? I… I don’t have any other…”
“Do I look like I care? Go ahead, give me back my clothes. Including the one you’re putting on. I’ll have them burnt into ashes.” She yelled at me cruelly.
That was how I walked around half naked and got a lot of sexual harassment from her dog of a brother until she decided to give me another barge of worn-out dresses.
A few hours later, I was already at the mall with Madam Dorothy and Veronica, Theodore’s mate.
Standing in front of the massive mirror, I placed the white, averaged dress on my body, checking it out to see if it looked good on me.
“An elegant golden dress. Alpha Jordan specifically told me that.” Veronica snapped the moment she saw me, checking out the cheap white dress.
I pouted my mouth. “But the other dresses are far too expensive. I mean, it’s just a birthday party, right? I’m quite confident that I’m beautiful. So, I’ll look good in anything.”
“Oh, my dear, Daphne. Don’t be so humble, will you? You might think the other dresses are expensive, but to the Alpha they’re nothing. You don’t want the Alpha to be embarrassed, do you?” Veronica asked, holding my shoulders.
Reluctantly, I shook my head. Madam Dorothy smiled. “Don’t worry about the cost. This boutique belongs to the Alpha, okay?”
“It does? Okay, I’ll try the golden dress.” I mumbled as Veronica took the hanger off the lavish golden dress and handed it to me.
I placed the dress on my body, and turned to the mirror. My eyes gleamed with excitement. I looked exceptionally gorgeous, even without properly wearing the dress or styling my hair.
“My dear Daphne, you look so pretty in that dress.” Madam Dorothy passionately said, clasping her palm over her mouth, and staring dreamily at me.
Veronica winked at me. “Perfect. This is the exact one.”
Suddenly, my countenance changed, and both women turned to me with a worrisome look. “Daphne, are you okay?”
“What if I’m not the Alpha’s mate? I know I’m not supposed to think about this but, I just got my wolf, and if Jordan is truly my mate, shouldn’t I already feel the bond?” I asked nervously.
Madam Dorothy patted my hair. “Child, you shouldn’t let that bother you. I see how happy Jordan is whenever he’s with you. I’m sure that you both have this bond.”
“I have a hunch that Jordan is my mate, but maybe I’m just too afraid that I might find out he’s not.” I bowed my head sadly.
Madam Dorothy shook her head. “There’s a reason for everything. There’s a reason why you guys crossed paths and fell for each other. Trust your hunch.”
Seeing how tensed up the surrounding air was, Veronica quickly changed the topic. “Daphne, don’t be a cry baby. Come on, the Alpha’s birthday is a joyful celebration. Let me get you a pair of matching shoes while you put on the dress.”
“Okay.” I smiled as I walked into the dressing room while Veronica walked over to the shoe store to pick a pair of shoes for me.
A few minutes later, I walked out of the dressing room, putting on the golden dress. On seeing me, madam Dorothy gasped in astonishment.
“Oh, Goddess. You look breathtaking.” She complimented me with a big smile.
“Thank you.” I replied shyly.
**
Meanwhile, Camilla was mopping the corridor when her phone beeped. Dropping the mop, she dried her hands and reached for the phone from her pocket.
Her eyes grew in shock on seeing the huge amount of money she had received from an unknown sender. A message came in almost immediately.
“Don’t forget to slip the tooth under her footwear. Your grandmother’s life depends on how well you do your job.” She read inaudibly as she quickly glanced around to make sure no one was watching her.
Without hesitation, she slipped her phone back into her pocket and continued working.
Later that night, it was dinner time and I already went downstairs to the dining room for dinner with the other pack members.
Camilla sneaked into my room, and sighted the box of dresses and shoes that I had bought earlier that day.
She rushed to the box of shoe, opened it and brought out the glittery luxurious pair of shoes. Without hesitation, she brought out a sharp pocketknife and carefully cut the shoe open-the opening was tiny. Small enough to hold the tooth.
Hence, she took out of her pocket the tooth and pushed it into the small hole under the shoe.
Hurriedly, she placed it
back into the box and rushed to leave, but the doorknob twisted, and her eyes widened in panic and shock.
Is she going to get caught?
Chapter 32
DAPHNE
I pushed the door open, and saw no one in the room. I had left the dinning to pick up my phone from the room.
Without hesitation, I picked up the phone that I had left on the bed and walked away.
All these time, Camilla, whose heart was racing fast, hid behind the wardrobe at the left corner of the room. Beads of sweat rolled down her face.
The moment I stepped out, she heaved a sigh of relief. Without reluctance, she rushed out of the room.
Hurrying down the hallway, her phone rang immediately, and she quickly picked it up.
“Have you gotten the job done?” This time, the voice wasn’t that of a man, but of a woman.
Peering around to make sure she wasn’t being followed, she whispered into the phone’s speaker. “Yes. When will I get the remaining payment?”
The line went dead almost immediately, and she got a credit alert, notifying her of the money that had been sent to her.
Her face beamed with smile. This time, she wasn’t only going to pay for her grandmother’s surgery, she would also get rid of me.
**
“Alpha Jordan, here.” The Beta passed the cup of pipping hot coffee to Jordan, whose eyes were buried on the files in front of him.
Without sparing a glance, he picked up the cup from the saucer and sipped the content.
“Jordan, what if she’s your mate?” Theodore asked, and Jordan paused for a few seconds.
His heart sank. For the first time, fear surged through his chest. He felt stuffy for a while. Pushing aside the files, he walked straight to the glass window.
“It’s snowing.” He feigned a smile. Staring at the beautiful scenery from the snow. After a few minutes, he turned his gaze back to Theodore. This time, his face was filled with sadness. “She can’t.”
“Alpha, the signs are there. You just don’t want to believe it. What if she is really your mate? Would you reject her? You know how that will hurt her, right?” Theodore asked.
“I can’t… I’ll hurt her. I’m a monster. Likewise, I do not deserve love. How can I forget rushing how everyone that I love and has loved me got hurt from her.” Jordan’s eyes watered, but he managed to hold himself back.
Taking a deep breath, Theodore replied. “The party is tomorrow. It’s already late. Please get some rest. I’ll leave you to it.”
With that, Theodore hurried out of the room. Jordan sat heavily on the couch, absentmindedly.
JORDAN
The awaited day came. The hall was filled and buzzing with guests. People kept trooping into the hall. I stood at the veranda upstairs, staring at the guests who came for my birthday party. Some were dancing, the others were either drinking or cheering the dancers.
I was dressed in a luxurious black suit, paired with an Italian Valentino Gravavani shoes. For someone whose birthday party is tonight, my face looked gloomy and sad.
“Alpha, wouldn’t you be giving a speech?” Beta Theodore’s voice smacked me out of my thoughts.
I shook my head. “No. You can go ahead and give them an opening speech.”
At first, he wanted to argue, but withheld himself. He walked down the stairs and straight to the podium, drawing the guest’s attention.
He was immediately given a microphone, and he began. “Ladies and gentlemen. On behalf of the Leader of the Red Moon Pack, Alpha Jordan. It’s our honor to have you, and thank you for coming to the Alpha’s birthday celebration. The Alpha sincerely appreciate and welcome all of you. Please enjoy the party.”
The audience applauded and cheered for him before he walked down the podium.
My eyes lit up, the moment I saw the dazzling figure of Daphne as she walked into the hall. She looked exceptionally beauty. Necks turned as she walked in. Her shiny hair was made into a crown braid-looking so graceful.
“It is said that during the Alpha’s birthday, you could get your mate too.” One of the guests told the other.
“Really? I can’t wait to find my mate.” The other replied.
My heart raced faster. I knew that tonight, I would definitely get to feel my mate’s bond. However, I hoped and prayed that Daphne wouldn’t be my mate. Weird, right?
Ever since my existence, all I have done is hurt the ones who love and I love them. For Daphne to be safe from a monster like me, she shouldn’t be my mate.
“Can I have a dance with you?” The voice drew my attention. It was a male guest, speaking to Daphne.
Reluctantly, Daphne nodded her head and he held her hand. My heart ached at the sight of him, holding her hands. It took me a lot to get myself together. My teeth gritted and my fist tightly clenched.
However, my face brightened when she snatched her hand from him. “You’re not my mate.” She retorted.
“Assumption confirmed?” Theodore asked with a slight smirk as he sipped from the glass of champagne he was holding.
“I’m just waiting for her to sniff me out.” I smiled faintly. I really wished she was my true mate, but on a second thought, she’d rather not be… if I want her to be safe.
“You go ahead. Veronica is right there. She’s waiting for you.” I patted his shoulder and he nodded before walking away.
Meanwhile, Eleanor hid at the other dark corner, staring at me. A surge of anger ran through her veins as she saw how passionately I was looking at Daphne.
Her hands were shaking with rage. “Don’t blame me for this, Jordan. You pushed me to the f****** wall.” She spoke in between gritted teeth.
She brought out a bottle from her purse, and quickly opened it. A black butterfly flew out of the bottle, and she smiled cruelly. “Butterfly of illusion.”
The butterfly flew straight to where I stood upstairs, looking at Daphne. Suddenly, I felt a sharp pain on the mark on my back. My heartbeat increased, and the pain got more intense.
Groaning in pain, I went on my knees. The moment I opened my eyes, I saw my late father. His heart had already been ripped out. He pointed at me with blood gushing out of his chest region and his mouth.
“Mon… Monster.” He struggled to say as he pointed at me. His face explicated fear and hatred.
My eyes watered, and I stared at my trembling hands… they were covered with blood.
Chapter 33
JORDAN
“No… Dad?” I called, still staring at my hands that were dripping with blood.
“You don’t deserve love, Jordan. Anyone that you fall in love with is bound to be killed by you. You are a treacherous monster.” The voice echoed in my head as I watched my father groaning in agonizing pain.
My eyes grew wider as I saw Daphne standing in front of me with a knife hanging on her tummy. Did I stab her? Blood was rushing out of her opened mouth… She stared at me with the most tender but pitiful eyes.
I felt my heart aching. “Daphne? No… I didn’t… I wouldn’t… No, don’t die.” Tears filled my eyes.
“Do you actually think that you deserve love? You just killed the woman that you love so much. You drove a knife straight into her stomach. That’s how gruesome and cruel you are, Jordan. Nothing can change that. Have you forgotten how horribly you killed your parents?” The tormenting voice echoed, and then an ear-deafening laughter accompanied it.
My head was spinning. The hideous mark on my back was hurting so bad. Firmly holding the balcony rods with my hands shaking.
Eleanor, who had been watching from the hidden end, smiled in satisfaction. The butterfly flew right back to her, and she lured it into the bottle and fastened the bottle.
I was still panting and wailing with my head bowed. Then, she walked upstairs to meet me.
“Oh, Daphne. You shouldn’t have died. I’m a freaking monster… I hurt you.” I sniffed hard, holding on to my chest.
“Jordan? Jordan, are you okay?” I heard a voice behind me, and quickly turned around to see Eleanor peering into my face.
My eyes narrowed in shock and I struggled up from the ground. There wasn’t blood… My late father wasn’t there either. Neither did I see a dying Daphne.
I quickly turned my gaze downstairs, and saw Daphne chatting with Madam Dorothy.
“Eleanor? Why are you here?” I asked, trying hard not to show how tense I was.
She smiled at me. “Uhm… Isn’t it your birthday party? You sent my pack an invitation, and I wouldn’t miss your party for anything. Why do you look so nervous?”
“Nervous? I’m not.” I snapped at her. She tried touching my face, but I dodged her touch.
“You’re sweating so much, Jordan. Are you sure you’re okay?” She asked again.
“Yes, I am.” I roared at her, making her flinch in astonishment. “Aren’t you here for the party? Run along. You can enjoy the party.”
She shook her head, and reached for my tie. Grabbing my tie firm, my neck bent over to her. I could feel her warm breath on my nose. “Oh, Jordan. I’d rather be with you than join the rest of them drinking and smoking while you’re here sulking.”
“Get your f****** hands off me.” I pushed her away, roughly. “Scram, Eleanor.”
Reluctantly, she shrugged at me. “Fine. I’ll leave. I just hope you realize that the one who you think is the best for you is actually the worst for you. Anyway, Happy birthday, Jordan. I have the best gift for you.” She smiled and walked away.
Heaving a sigh with a mixture of relief and sadness, I cupped my forehead on my palm. “Do I now daydream about these horrible memories?”
DAPHNE
“Cheers…” I clinked my glass of champagne with Veronica.
I glanced around the hall, and Veronica nudged me. “Hey, are you looking for someone?”
“Uhm… it’s Alpha, Jordan. I don’t think I’ve seen him since the party started. Isn’t he going to attend his party?” I shook my head.
Veronica smiled faintly, and sipped her drink. “Tell you what? I’ve had this feeling that you’re having now when Theodore and I started dating. Trust me, I was so happy when I found out that he was my mate. You’re missing your dear Jordan.”
I blushed, bowing my head with a smile. “Don’t start, Veronica.”
“Fine. I won’t say anything again.” She laughed.
“I’ll go look for him. I’ll be back before you know it.” I replied as I headed towards the staircase.
However, a strange man walked beside me, and then whispered. “Follow me.”
My eyeballs turned red, and I went mute instantly. I felt like I was being pulled by my legs. So, I couldn’t stop myself, and I was unable to say a word as well.
I found myself following the unknown man. The more rapid his pace was, the faster I followed him. He led me to a room, and I followed him.
His face was masked. He had a black mask on, so I didn’t see his face or his mouth.
“Strip and get on the bed.” His words sounded like law to me.
Without hesitation, I started undressing. When I tried to take off my shoes, he ordered me not to. I had plenty of questions, but my mouth was tightly closed.
He grabbed my neck, and I found myself, moaning in pleasure as he pinned me to the wall.
Meanwhile, Camilla, who had already been instructed on what to do, summoned courage and rushed to Jordan.
“My Alpha…” She was panting, and trembling too.
Jordan glared at her with anger. His face showed no warmth, and that made Camilla even more scared, but she knew that any mistake she made could cost her life.
“What do you want?” His cold voice slapped her face.
“It’s… It’s Daphne. I saw her follow a man to room 17 on the 3rd floor…. I think maybe she’s in… in…” She stuttered.
Instantly, Jordan’s eyes widened. “3rd floor? What?”
He didn’t let her finish, so he quickly rushed off and Theodore followed him.
As they drew closer to room 17 on the 3rd floor, moans rented in the air. They could also hear the slapping sound. Theodore and Jordan exchanged glances at each other.
They tried opening the door, but it was locked. Without reluctance, Jordan broke the door open and his eyes widened in amazement.
