- Share paid or restricted content outside the Platform.

5. Payments & Buyouts

5.2 All Buyouts are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
5.3 Payments are processed through third-party providers (such as payment processors or app stores). Novelluxe is not responsible for errors caused by third-party payment providers.
5.4 You agree to pay all applicable fees, taxes, and charges related to your Buyouts.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 All rights in the Platform, including its design, software, branding, and Platform Content, belong to Novelluxe or its licensors.
6.2 You may not use Novelluxe trademarks, logos, or other protected content without prior written permission.
7. Restricted Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use bots, scripts, or automated tools.
- Hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Platform.
- Engage in fraud or illegal activities.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
8. Disclaimers
8.1 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free service.
8.2 Novelluxe is not responsible for:

- Temporary unavailability of content.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Novelluxe is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to Novelluxe during the previous six (6) months, if any.

11. Promotions & Rewards
